You will find hardly someone who doesn’t like chocolate pudding. This is a very easy and simple recipe that needs very few ingredients. We are making this pudding without any stabilizer like gelatine or agar-agar. It looks perfectly like the one that we get in restaurant and tastes just awesome. You can keep it ready a day before and serve the next day. It turns out nice and creamy. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe. Ingredients: • 1/2 liter full cream or full fat Milk • 1/2 cup Sugar • 1/4 cup Corn flour • 1/4 cup unsweetened Cocoa powder • 1/4 cup fresh Cream • 1/4 cup dark Chocolate • Whip cream • Chocolate shavings. Method: • Take in a pan and add sugar, corn flour, unsweetened cocoa powder. • Mix everything well together and heat up the mixture on medium heat. • Boil the mixture really god for at least 7-8 minutes. Keep on stirring at the regular intervals. • When the mixture begins to thicken up well after about 5-6 minutes, add fresh cream and mix well. • You can use whipping cream in place of fresh cream. • Cook everything well together for another 2-3 minutes • Turn off the gas and add dark chocolate and mix well. • You can use milk chocolate too in place of dark chocolate. • Let the mixture cool down completely and transfer into a piping bag. • Transfer the mixture into a dessert jar with the help of piping bag. • You can use shot glasses in place of dessert jar too. • Cover the glasses with cling wrap and transfer the dessert into freeze to set for at least 5-6 hours or overnight. • Garnish with whip cream and chocolate shavings. • Chocolate pudding is all ready. • You can make around 7-8 dessert shots from the above mixture.
